This is where the BA Folders are managed.
Search
On the BA Folders page, you can use the Name text field to search for different Folders. You can further narrow down the search through the Status of the item by selecting Active, Inactive and All, by default the search is set to All.

You can search for specific names with partial search and use the Search button below the search bar.

Besides the Search button, there are Clear buttons that will remove all filters applied to the search.

There is also a column that reflects if the BA Folder is Active, Inactive and Sync With App.

All Lookups takes you back to the Applications page.

Add
The Add New button is beside the Clear and Search button.

The Add New button opens a new page that allows new BA Folders to be created, all text fields with the * symbol are required to be filled. To the right of the text field is checkboxes that apply the status’s Active and Sync with App, unchecking them removes the status.

Once filled you can Save the creation or Close which takes the user back to the BA Folders.

Edit
To edit BA Folders click on the name of the Folder to be edited.

This will open a page similar to Add New where you can alter already input information. You can change the name and status of the folder. The * denotes required fields and Save applies changes and Close goes back to the BA Folder page without applying changes.

Delete
On the BA Folder page, there is red trash can button on each row of the folder, this button will delete the relevant BA Folder.
