Lookups Lists – BA Conditions

This is where the BA Conditions are managed. BA Conditions are used in the Building Approvals which is discussed further down. 

In the BA Conditions page, you can search via the Name text field, you can further narrow the search through the Status of the item by selecting Active, Inactive and All, by default the search is set to All. 

Using the name text field you can search with partial searches as pictured below.

Besides the Search button is the Clear button which removes search filters on the search. 

All Lookups takes the user back to the Lookup page.

 Add 

The Add New button is found beside the Clear button. 

This prompts a new page to open that has one required text field, Name, and a body text field to fill in with any needed information. Below is also a set of checkboxes that apply the status’s to the BA Condition, you can check or uncheck Active on the new BA Condition. Once all required fields are complete you can select Save which completes the creation and Close which sends you back to the BA Conditions page.  

Once created it will show on the BA Condition page. 

In the Active column, you can visually see whether the BA Condition is Active or not, you can also filter the search by just Inactive or Active status. 

Edit 

To edit BA Conditions click on the name you want to edit. 

This will open a page similar to Add New. Similar the Save will apply changes and Close will go back to the BA Conditions page. Here you can also change the Active status. 

Delete 

On the BA Condition page on each row of each condition is a red trash can that will delete the relevant BA Condition, permanently removing it.
