Login
To login to the CertFlow site enter your account’s username in the Username text field and then enter the account’s password into the Password text field.
Use the Login button to log in when the Username and Password have been entered.
If you have incorrectly entered the password or username you won’t be logged in and an error will appear informing you of the error. Make sure the password and username are correct before attempting a password reset.
Forgot Password
If you do not remember your password use the Forgot Password button to begin the process to reset the password. Enter in the Username of the account with the password issue then click on ‘Send Reset Instructions’, this will email you an email that will walk you through resetting your password.
Once you have saved your new password go back to the login page and use the new password.
