The Form 57 page shows the soon-to-be-lapsed Approval for Projects that have not been completed or progressed past that point within the timeframe.
Search
Search via the BA Number by using the drop-down menu and/or by status.
Use the Clear button to remove search filters.
Download
Download a copy of Form 57 by clicking on the Preview button, this will download a pdf version of Form 57.
Details
Click on the BA Number to see the information about the respective job.
Approval
If Form 57 has been approved use the check box to show that it has been approved.
